We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order. (except for weekends and holidays).
All custom items will ship within the published lead-time.
We ship most items USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. We can ship items next day or second day, if requested; however these shipping options require additional shipping charge.
Shipping and handling charges are determined by overall package weight and are based on USPS rates.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order placement "IF" the item has not already been shipped. Cancellations should be done via email to e-mail address.
Your order maybe delayed if the item is not in stock.
Some items may be unavailable.
Credit cards, Debit cards, and Paypals accounts will be debited before items are shipped.
Back Orders
Due to varying dates from suppliers, we are not always able to ship at once. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and be shipped as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Please call (408)835-8231 or e-mail: twrath@gotallyho.com for any returns/Cancellations. Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters will not accept any returns unless we first issue a Return Materials Authorization Number (RMA#). Returned or Cancelled items will incur a 10% ($10.00 minimum) restocking/Cancellation fee. Once you receive the RMA# from us return the unused item in its original packaging and re-saleable (New) condition (We don't accept "Not New condition/used" items) which means no dirt, hair, marks, signs of use or etc. within the first 10 days from the date that the customer received item(s) and you will receive a exchange, Store Credit or refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All warranties will have to be settled directly with the manufacturer. If you need assistance or have questions about a product that you have received, please e-mail customer service at twrath@gotallyho.com. Tallyho Equestrian Outfitters allows a order cancellation if the order has not started being processed, if the order has already started being processed it can't be stopped and if you still don't want the order after you receive it you can refer to the "Return Policy".
Custom items, Discounted orders, close-out items, auctions (example: e-bay & etc.), the Special's page or otherwise noted items are not returnable or refundable.
Prepayment is required for custom (which is not a standard stock saddle) ordered saddles. Custom saddles, close-out saddles, auctions (example: e-bay & etc.), the Special's page or otherwise noted saddles can't be canceled or returned.
